Raptar Lenses for Large Sensors

The rapid increase in demand for larger sized camera sensors for critical manufacturing and process applications has created a tremendous need for new lenses to cover these applications. Navitar has responded to the emerging needs of our customers with the introduction of our Raptar Series of Lenses. Our Raptar lenses are specifically designed for large area and line scan sensors.

Navitar Raptar fixed focal length lenses include a manual iris and cover up to a 50 mm sensor. The Raptar lenses can be used for inspection and viewing of objects in numerous applications including machine vision, Q/C inspection, Web inspection, biomedical imaging, product manufacturing, and more.

Navitar has developed a series of mounts, including F-Mounts and Dalsa Mounts, to allow Raptar lenses to be used with most large sensor cameras on the market today. We also offer C-Mounts for smaller format cameras. Raptar lenses can be used for imaging applications with working distances from infinity to less than one meter and magnification ranges from infinity to 0.2X.
